Analysis on the New Social Class' s Political Participation Problems and Countermeasures—Based on the Perspective of New Social Class in Dalian

十八大报告指出,鼓励和引导新的社会阶层人士为中国特色社会主义事业作出更大贡献。随着新的社会阶层群体的不断发展,他们政治参与中存在的功利性与无序性、非理性不合法、渠道单一、难以形成合力、对社会的压力增大等问题凸显。通过健全参与体制,保障政治参与的有序化,构建多层次、多元化的政治参与渠道和途径,充分调动起他们中的一切积极因素,把他们的智慧和力量凝聚到全面建设小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴上来。

The report of the Eighteenth National People＆#39;s Congress encourages and guides new social ranks to make greater contributions to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. With the continuous development of new social class groups, there exist problems in their political participation such as the utility and disorder, irrationality and illegality, single channel, difficulty in forming resultant, as well as the increase of social pressure. Measures are given including perfecting participation system to protect the ordered political participation, building multiple and pluralistic political participation channels to mobilize all positive factors of them, and focusing their wisdom and strength to build a well-off society in an all-round manner and realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
