摘要
以基层党组织的基本任务为出发点,结合农业科研院所的战略发展目标,深入分析了农业科研院所基层党组织绩效考核的理论意义和现实意义,剖析了绩效考核的内涵,阐述了绩效考核指标体系构建的基本原则,在此基础上,选取了考核主体,确定了考核指标,对各指标进行了权重体系设计,构建了一个科学合理的农业科研院所基层党组织绩效考核指标体系。
This paper, taking the basic task of grassroots Party organizations as a starting point, combined with the strategic develop-ment goals of agricultural research institutes, deeply analyzes the theoretical significance and practical significance of the performance evaluation in the grassroots Party organizations of agricultural research institutes, discusses the connotation of performance appraisal and describes the basic principles of the construction of the performance evaluation indexes system. On this basis, we select the examination body, determine the assessment indexes, design weights system for each index and build a scientific and reasonable performance evalu-ation index system of grassroots Party organizations in agricultural research institutes.
