延胡索挥发油提取方法研究

Extraction Method Research of Corydalis Yanhusuo Volatile Oil

比较研究延胡索挥发油的常规提取方法并对其进行成分分析。采用索式提取法、加热回流法及超声提取法提取延胡索样品中挥发油成分,使用GC-MS进行分析检测。研究结果表明:加热回流法最为适合延胡索挥发油提取。此外,三种方法提取出来的挥发油成分和含量上均有差异,说明提取方法不同会对延胡索挥发油组分构成及含量造成影响。

Comparative studies on the extraction methods of volatile oil of Corydalis yanhusuo and analysis the volatile oil constituents. Using soxhlet extraction method, heating reflux method and ultrasonic extraction method to extract the volatile oil in samples, detect the chemical compositions by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer （GC-MS）. The results show that heating reflux method was the most suitable organic solvent extraction of Corydalis yanhusuo volatile oil. The chemical constituent and content of the volatile oil extracted from the three methods are different; we can see that extraction methods will affect the composition and content of volatile oil of Corydalis yanhusuo.
