摘要
猕猴桃风味甜美,营养丰富,在我国很受消费者欢迎,而因为传统的猕猴桃保鲜技术效果不明显而且容易造成二次污染,因此文章设计了一种空气放电臭氧猕猴桃保鲜技术。本实验制作了一套简易的空气放电臭氧发生装置,该装置可以产生各种不同浓度的臭氧,实验研究发现在低温条件下,空气放电臭氧发生技术对猕猴桃的保鲜作用存在剂量效应。
Chinese gooseberry has raised more attention among the people because it's good taste and nutrition. But the technique in common use may not only change the flavor of the kiwifruit, but also produce secondary pollution to environment. So, we designed a set of air discharge ozone producing device, which could create various concentration of ozone: we also try to research into the effect of ozone on Chinese gooseberry and find that "optimized dosage" of ozone was exist.
