镀锌钢板冲压粉化原因分析

摘要 利用辉光放电发射光谱法对镀锌板进行表面分析。结果表明:冲压粉化的镀锌板的镀层厚度及镀层内Zn、Fe和Al元素成分与正常镀锌板不同,且镀层本身也不均匀;冲压粉化的镀锌板与冲压正常的镀锌板的镀层结构也不同。进一步对比分析冲压粉化的镀锌板和正常镀锌板的镀层结构,发现冲压粉化镀锌板的γ相厚度是正常的镀锌板γ相厚度的10倍。过厚的γ相使镀锌层的延展性能较差,从而导致它在冲压过程中出现粉化。 The surface analysis of the exceptional galvanized steel which was pulverized in the punching process and the normal galvanized steel (GAS) were determined by glow discharge spectrometry. The results showed that the coating thickness and the content of element Zn, Fe and Al in coating of the exceptional GAS were higher than those of the normal one, and the coating of the exceptional GAS was asymmetry. Hence, the coating structures of these two kinds of GAS were different. Compared the coating structures of these two kinds of GAS, it was found that the thickness oft phase in the coating of the exceptional GAS was more thicker 10 times than that in the coating of the normal one. The thickness of γ phase was thicker; the coating was crisper. Hence, the tractility of the coating on the exceptional galvanized steel became bad. Finally, the coating of the galvanized steel was pulverized in the punching process.
