摘要
文章对牛皮再生革制品的强度进行了改性研究,找到了增强牛皮再生革强度的工艺条件:不加丙烯酸丁酯BA辐照18 h天然胶乳或50%苯丙乳液加入皮毛中后,其片皮革的强度比原来的天然胶乳提高了55.6%;而在对片皮革处理样品中,不含TT、70℃、2 MPa下,处理30 min和60 min或者70℃、1 MPa下处理10 min的样品,强度大于9 MPa,应力为47 N左右,可满足牛皮再生革的强度要求。
The paper below is concerned about research of modification of regeneration cowhide leather's strength, which finds the technological conditions of increasing regeneration cowhide leather's strength: After natural latex without the addition of butyl acrylate BA irradiated 18 h or 50 % styrene acrylic emulsion are added into fur, the strength of this piece of leather is increased by 55.6 % compared to the original natural latex; Furthermore, in the piece of leather processing samples, without TT, 70 degrees, 2 MPa, dealing with the sample in 30 min and 60 min or 70 degrees, 1 MPa, the strength is larger than 9 MPa, the stress is about 47 N, all above can reach the requirement of regeneration cowhide leather's strength.
