一起乳化器爆炸事故原因分析

摘要 文章分析了某厂一起乳化器爆炸事故的可能原因,根据硝酸铵的DSC-TGA热分解曲线图和热分解机理进行分析,并结合实际操作与现场操作规程的比较分析,认为事故发生的原因主要是操作人员违反操作规程,使乳胶基质发生了热爆炸。并对此类事故提出了应提高自动安全连锁系统的可靠性和提高工作人员的危险意识等预防措施。 Based on the thermal decomposition mechanism of ammonium nitrate and the DSC-TGA curves, the possible reasons for an emulsifier explosion accident were analyzed. Combining actual operation with the scene operation procedure, it thought that the main reasons were the staffs violation operation, which leaded to the thermal explosion of emulsion matrix, and then the preventive measures for the kind of accident are suggested in the paper, such as improve automatic safety interlock system reliability and staff awareness of the danger.
