FCC汽油吸附脱硫工艺及研究进展

摘要 综述了国内外FCC汽油吸附脱硫工艺,详细介绍了LADS、IRVAD、S-Zorb、TReND四种吸附脱硫工艺的特点。对分子筛基吸附剂、金属氧化物基吸附剂及其它吸附剂的研究进展进行了介绍,并提出高硫容、稳定运行、易再生、脱硫选择性高的吸附剂的开发是吸附脱硫工业化的关键和吸附脱硫工艺下一步的发展方向。 Desulfurization technologies of FCC gasoline at home and broad were summarized in the article, and four representative technologies of LADS, IRVAD, S-Zorb, TREND were described in detail. Research progress of adsorbents based on zeolites, metal oxides and other materials were introduced. Based on the introduction of process, it was put forward that adsorbent with high sulfur capacity, selectivity and regeneralbility was the the next research direction and key point.
