介绍了从生态补偿的意义和内容,对建立饮用水源保护区生态补偿机制进行了初步探索。分析了在饮用水水源保护区建立生态补偿机制的必要性,如何确定补偿的主体和客体,测算补偿标准和实施生态补偿的方式和途径。
