摘要
环境风险评价是化工项目环境影响评价的重点工作之一,结合对顺酐生产过程中工艺过程及产污环节进行分析,了解原辅料及主副产品的理化特性,通过对工程潜在的环境风险环节进行识别和风险类型确定,从而科学准确地进行风险源项分析,确定事故发生的最大概率,进而完成事故状态下的后果影响分析,并根据事故产生的后果,提出风险防范和减缓措施及应急预案,来保障事故一旦发生对环境的影响降低到最小程度。
Risk evaluation is the one of major work of that environmental effect evaluation of chemical industry items, to analyse maleic anhydride production technological process and its link of producing pollutant, to understand the characteristic of physics and chemistry of the raw and auxiliary materials and the main products and byproducts, by distinguish the link of potential environmental risk and to definite the type of risk, thus to analyse risk source item by science and accurate, to definite the greatest probability by the way of trouble tree, and then proceed to complete the consequence affect analysis in the various accident states, and advanced that be on guard and slow down risk after accident happen by the consequence of a accident happened, advanced the plan of the administration of risk and the plan in advance of an emergency be on guard from the organization means and technology means also many side, to ensure that environmental affect is reduced to the least degree and range after that accident happen in a very short time.
