摘要
焦化废水的预处理效果是决定废水处理系统能否稳定运行的重要因素。通过在隔油池增设混凝加药系统的实践,很好的解决了废水预处理后SS值、COD值偏高的问题,提高了废水的处理效率,稳定了出水水质。改造后统稳定运行时间提高一倍,污泥排放量可减少20%,很大程度上减轻了后续处理系统的负荷。
Coking wastewater pretreatment effect is an important factor in the wastewater treatment systems in the coking plant. The practice of additional dosing coagulation system in grease traps can solve the problems of the higher SS and COD, meanwhile can improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment and stabilize the water quality. After the improvement, the system uptime can be doubling and sludge emissions can be reduced by 20 %, to a large extent it reduces the load of subsequent processing treatment system.
