摘要
液压阻尼器是借助特殊的阀门控制液压缸活塞移动,以抑制管道及设备受周期性荷载或冲击性荷载影响的阻尼装置。在UNIPOL聚丙烯工艺中,反应器出料系统(PDS)周期性出料模式,通过压差将含有聚丙烯粉料的气体送到产品接收罐。反应器、接收罐及其管网在一定频率下振动。阻尼器在该系统中的应用保证了PDS系统的安全。
As a kind of damping device, hydraulic damper can protect pipes and equipments from influences caused by periodic loading or impact loading by using special valves to control piston movement of hydraulic cylinder. In UNIPOL polypropylene process, the periodic discharge mode of reactor's discharge system (PDS) send the gas containing polypropylene powder to product receiving tank due to differential pressure. Consequently reactor, product receiving tank and pipes will vibrate with a certain frequency, whereas hydraulic damper manages to ensure the security of PDS in this process.
