摘要
通过合理选择硅微粉的种类、粒径和用量三种方式来改变干式变压器环氧浇注料的特性,能够令环氧浇注料达到最佳的力学性能和热学性能.结果表明,选择经过活性处理的硅微粉,通过不同粒径混合,以60 %~62%填料比例填充于环氧浇注料中,可令环氧浇注料的粘度在75℃时达到800~1000 mPa·s,且令其固化体的冲击强度达到15 kJ/m2左右,弯曲强度达到130MPa左右,玻璃化温度达到85℃以上.
Through choosing types, size and dosage of silica powder, epoxy cast material in the cast Resin dry type transformer can be manipulated, and its mechanical and thermal capability can be optimally achieved. Specifically, result indicates processing active- silica powder with various particle diameter as well as filling 60 %-62 % filler material into the epoxy cast material, the adhesiveness of the material can be reached to 800 - 1000 mPa.s at 75 ℃, solidifying impact can be reached at 15 kJ/m2. And, bending strength can be achieved at 130 MPa and TG temperature at 85 ℃ above.
