摘要
当前催化裂化面临原料油劣质化和重质化日益加剧的趋势,严重影响着催化裂化装置的效益。重质原料油的综合性质如反应指数、生焦指数、特性因数、氢转移指数、热裂化指数和重金属含量等反映出其可裂化能力和生焦倾向,可用于指导调节催化裂化工艺参数、选择合适的裂化催化剂,以实现对原料油的最大转化并提高有价值产品收率,优化催化裂化装置的效益。
The heavy-oriented raw oil shows considerable influence on benefits of fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) unit. Based on cracking ability and coking tendency, the heavy oil properties can be summarized as reactivity index, coke factor, K factor, hydrogen transfer index, thermal cracking index, heavy metal content, and etc. The above mentioned properties will contribute to adjusting of FCC operation parameter, and choosing suitable FCC catalysts, so as to optimize the benefits of FCC unit by maximal transfornlation of raw oil to valuable products.
