摘要
不确定度是定量表征测量结果质量的一个重要参数,完整的测量结果应包含其测量不确定度。石灰石中氧化钙含量是表征石灰石品质的重要指标,因此,对石灰石中氧化钙测量不确定度评定工作就显得尤为重要。采用络合滴定法测定石灰石中氧化钙含量,讨论了不确定度的主要来源,得出扩展不确定度结果为0.24%,k=2。
Uncertainty is one of the important parameters showing the measurement results quantitively. A complete measurement result should contain its measurement uncertainty. The content of calcium oxide in limestone is an important index characterizing the quality of limestone. Hence the measurement uncertainty evaluation of calcium oxide in limestone is particularly important. The content of calcium oxide in limestone was determined by complex titration method and the main sources leading the uncertainty were discussed. It is concluded that the extended uncertainty result is 0.24 %, k=2.
