摘要 研究了应用原子吸收光谱法测定磷铁合金中锰元素含量的分析方法。试样采用硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸混酸溶解,经由两次高氯酸冒烟分解完全,然后在原子吸收光谱仪上测定。通过条件试验系统研究了称样量、基体元素、以及光谱通带、燃气流量等仪器测量参数对测量的影响,确定了最佳测量条件。将该方法应用于多个磷铁合金标准样品的测定,所得结果与认定值一致,并且测量相对标准偏差RSD<1%。 A method for determination of manganese in ferrophosphorus by AAS was investigated. The samples were dissolved by the mixed acid of HNO3-HCl-HF. then HClO4 was added and the solution was evaporated to the disappearance of HClO4 fumes for two times. At last the solution was determined by the AAS instrument. The influence of sample amount, matrix, spectral bandpass and C2H2 flow rate were investigated by a series of condition experiments, and the optimized operation parameters were obtained. When the proposed method was applied in the determination of some ferrophosphorus standard samples, the results were in good agreement with the referred value, and the value of RSD was less than 1%.
