摘要 蔗糖水解反应速率常数测定是典型的一级反应动力学实验,是物理化学实验的基本内容之一,针对实验中出现的问题,通过改进实验内容与操作方法,对旋光法测蔗糖水解反应k实验类型进行了重新设计,把过去单纯的验证型实验转变为验证型(新设计)、综合型、设计型、研究创新型、开放型和虚拟仿真型实验,进一步优化实验项目,启迪学生科学的思维方法与创新意识,形成了以自主式、合作式、研究式为主的学习方式,提高了学生实践创新能力。 Determination of the rate constant of sucrose hydrolysis reaction is typical of the first order reaction kinetics experiment, one of basic contents of physical chemistry experiment. Aiming at problems in the experiment, determination of the rate constant of sucrose hydrolysis reaction by polarimetry, this paper redesigns the experimental type by improving the experiment content and operation method. The past simple validating experiment is changed into validating experiment (new design), comprehensive experiment, designing experiment, researching innovative experiment, opening-up experiment and virtual simulation experiment. The experimental projects are further optimized, thus enlightening students' creative consciousness and scientific thinking method, forming the mainly learning type of independent type, cooperation type and research type and also improving students' practical innovation ability.
