摘要
以煤为原料,通过炭化、活化、气相沉积制得碳分子,研究了气相沉积时间和温度对碳分子筛孔隙结构的影响。实验结果表明:气相沉积时间为125 min时,气相沉积温度为850℃时,制得的碳分子筛满足实验要求。
Take coal as raw material to produce carbon molecular sieves with the method of carbonization, gas activation and chemical vapor deposition, study on the effect of CVD time and CVD temperature on the pore structure of carbon molecular sieve. The experiment results show that: when the CVD time is 125 min and CVD temperature is 850 ℃, the carbon molecular sieves preparated meet our requirement.
