钙钛矿型氧化物La_(1-x)M_xNiO3_的制备及其可见光催化性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺杂钙钛矿型氧化物La1-xMxNiO3(M=Sr,Ca;x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7)。用X射线衍射对其结构进行了表征,以甲基橙溶液降解评价其可见光催化活性。结果表明:制备的La1-xMxNiO3粉体为钙钛矿型晶体结构;Sr2+或Ca2+的适量掺杂可以有效的提高钙钛矿型镍酸镧催化剂的光催化活性,且Sr2+适量掺杂后的光催化活性远大于Ca2+适量掺杂后的光催化活性,当Sr2+掺杂量为0.1时催化活性最高,其在可见光照射下,甲基橙溶液初始质量浓度为13.2 mg/L、催化剂的投加量为1.0 g/400 mL,180 min脱色率可以达到56.97%,比未掺杂LaNiO3脱色率提高30%以上。 Pervoskite-type metal oxides La1-xMxNiO3(M=Sr, Ca;x=0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7) were prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The photocatalytic activities of the catalysts were investigated for photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange. The results indicated that La1-xMxNiO3 powders had perovskite-type structure. The photocatalytic activity of La1-xMxNiO3 with visible light improved by A-site doping Sr2+ or Ca2+ and the photoeatalytic activity of La1-xSrxNiO3 were better than La1-xCaxNiO3. The decoloration of methyl orange was up to 56.97 % in 3 hours under visible light when the dosage of catalyst La0.9SroaNiO3 was 1.0 g/400 mL, more 30 % than undoped LaNiO3.
