炭石灰在含曙红染料废水脱色中的应用

摘要 以炭石灰投加量、搅拌时间、反应温度和废水pH为影响因子,考察炭石灰对含曙红染料废水的脱色效果。实验结果表明:在炭石灰投加量为3.5 g、吸附时间为70 min、反应温度为45℃时脱色效果最佳,曙红Y染料模拟废水的脱色率可达99.32%。 The paper presented a feasible research on the simulated wastewater of Eosin Y with the effect of decolorization by active carbon-calcium. The effect of the sorbent dosage, the mixing time, the reaction temperature and pH were also investigated, the objectives of the mission was do colorization rate, adopting the single factor experiment and orthogonal test to determine the optimum conditions. That result indicated that the optimal conditions of decolorization efficiency were determined as follows: the dosage of active carbon-calcium was 3 g, the mixing time was 70 min, the reaction temperature was 45℃. Under the conditions, the decolorization rate was about 99.32 %.
