摘要
由广西华锡集团股份有限公司研发的贫锡硫化矿HF-20型高效浮选机在车河选矿厂获得成功应用,并取得了较理想的选矿指标。车河选矿厂微细粒铅锑锌回收系统浮选作业采用贫锡硫化矿HF-20型高效浮选机代替原来的2.8 m3机械搅拌式浮选机,浮选铅锌混合精矿铅品位提高了0.12%,铅回收率提高了5.17%,锌品位提高了0.80%,锌回收率提高了4.18%,同时单位容积能耗降低了51.3%,取得了较好的技术经济指标。
The low-tin sulfide ore HF-20 high efficiency flotation machine which developed by China Tin Group Co., Ltd. has been applied in Chehe ora dressing plant successfully and achieved ideal mineral processing indicators. The flotation recycling system of micro-fine tin-lead-zinc has made the lead grade increased 0.12 %, recoveries improved 5.17 % and the zinc grade increased 0.80 %, recoveries improved 4.18 % in mixed lead and zinc concentrate and achieved good technical and economic indicators at the same time to use the low-tin sulfide ore HF-20 high efficiency flotation machine instead of the original 2.8 m3 mechanical flotation machine in Chehe ora dressing plant.
