摘要
实践表明,单纯的教学反思对于大学教师教学学术水平提升具有一定的局限性。知识共享可以弥补教学反思的不足,为教师教学学术水平提升提供强大的动力。因此,高校管理者应营造以共享为核心的校园文化、打造以互惠为原则的学习共同体、设置扁平化的组织结构、建设丰富的共享知识库和构建基于网络技术的共享平台等,为知识共享的实现创造有利条件,进而提高大学教师的教学学术水平。
Practice indicates that pure only teaching reflection has limitation to promote the teaching aca-demic level of university teachers, while knowledge sharing can make up for the shortage of teaching reflection and provide the power for promoting teaching academic level. Therefore, school administrators should take the effective measures, such as nurturing campus culture with the core of sharing, forging a learning community in the principle of mutual benefit, setting a horizontal organization structure, building an affluent knowledge shar-ing base, constructing a network-based sharing platform to benefit university teachers.
