摘要 汽提塔塔底蒸汽消耗所占酸性水汽提装置综合能耗超过90%,因此,酸性水装置的节能重点是如何降低汽提塔的蒸汽。针对某炼油厂单塔加压侧线抽出酸性水汽提装置偏高的蒸汽单耗,利用PRO/Ⅱ过程模拟软件对该装置进行了准确的流程模拟。基于模拟计算,分析了汽提塔的热冷进料比、热进料温度等操作调整对汽提塔塔底蒸汽消耗和净化水产品质量的影响。根据装置换热网络的夹点理论分析,以及换热器的实际运行情况,提出装置提高热冷进料比至4.5、提高热进料温度到142℃的操作优化方案;增加部分换热面积、调整进料换热流程降低循环水消耗的改造方案。 Steam consumption at the bottom of the stripping tower, which accounting for over 90 percent of the total energy consumption of the unit, is the key point of energy saving for the sour water stripping process. The single-tower high-pressure side-draw sour water stripping process was simulated with PRO/Ⅱ software. Based on the result of simulation the effective factors for steam consumption rate and quality of clean water, such as the flow ratio of the cold feed stream to the hot feed stream and the temperature of hot stream, were analyzed for the sour water stripping column. The suitable operating conditions including to raise the ratio for the cold feed to the hot at4.5 and to raise the temperature for hot stream at 142℃. After that the modification mainly include the heat transfer increasing area, the adjustment for feed flow path and to reduce the consumption of circulate water were obtained.
