价值工程在建设工程项目管理中的应用分析

Analysis on Application of Value Engineering in Construction Project Management

为提高价值工程在我国工程建设领域的应用性,结合工程实例,提出了价值工程在建设工程项目管理中的应用思路与方法。以项目管理的三大目标即进度、质量和成本为研究对象,采用理论与实例相结合的方法,分析了价值工程应用于建设工程项目管理的可行性。研究结果表明,价值工程在建设工程项目管理中具有很好的应用性。

To increase the application of Value Engineering in the field of Construction, with an existed example, the thought and method of applying Value Engineering in Construction Proiect Management was proposed. Take the three main obiectives of proiect management as study obiects, that is Progress, Quality and Cost, using the method of combining theory and example, the feasibility of applying Value Engineering in construction project management was analyzed. The result showed that, Value Engineering work well in Construction Project Management.
