为进一步加强师资队伍建设,锻炼学生专业技能,提高教育教学质量,培养更加适应经济社会发展要求的人才,通过教师和学生参与各类教学装置或教具的设计、制作、调试、使用、改进等,充分调动学生的主动性,提高其动手操作能力,促进教师科研能力水平的提高。基于自制教学装置或教具,对教学进行改革,将能更好地提高人才培养质量。

In order to further strengthen the capacity skills, improve the quality of education and teaching building of teaching staff, train students＇ professional to cultivate more talents to meet the requirements of economic and social development, students along with teachers participate in the design, making adjustment, application and improvement of various kinds of teaching device or teaching aid to fully enhance the initiative of students, improve their operating ability, and promote teachers＇ scientific research ability. Teaching reform based on self-made teaching device or teaching aid will improve the quality of talent cultivation.
