语言表达能力愈发受到用人单位的重视,文章详细阐述了语言表达能力在高职生就业过程中的重要地位,具体分析了当前高职生语言表达能力及其培养方面存在的问题,并针对产生这些问题的原因,从学生这一语言表达主体出发,提出提升语言表达能力的对策。

Nowadays, the language expression ability as an intelligence of individual have much more valuated from employers. This paper explained the importance of expression skill in vocational college students＇ employment and analyzed the current problems on cultivating them. In the light of the causes of these problems, to put forward some strategies for promoting language expression ability based on the students as language expression subject.
