摘要
基于自主创新的定义、途径、内涵、意义,提出了企业自主创新不仅包括技术自立,也包括技术自主,并且技术自主是电力企业自主创新的主要表现形式。以神华国能(神东电力)集团公司为例,分析了目前企业的科技创新条件的不足,建议推行模拟法人和项目经理制,重点从创新观念、机制、队伍、环境、主体、资源等6个方面着手,优化技术创新的环境,最大限度地发挥员工的潜能,实现企业自主创新的可持续性,提高企业的竞争力。
Based on the definition, way, connotation and significance of independent innovation, proposed en？terprise independent innovation not only includes the technology independence, but including technical autono？my, it is also the main form of independent innovation in electric power enterprises. Take Shenhua Guoneng（Shendong Electricity） group company as the example, analyzes the shortcomings of enterprise technical innova？tion at present; and suggest to carry out simulated juridical person and project manager system, and mainlyfrom six aspects like innovation concept, mechanism, team, environment, the main body and resources to opti？mize the environment of technology innovation, maximize the potential of employees, realize the sustainabilityof the enterprise independent innovation, improve the competitiveness of the enterprises.
