摘要
以神宁集团烯烃公司为例,运用行为管理学方法对中控员工队伍构成、行为风险因素来源等方面进行科学研究分析,提出以开发中控员工风险行为预警系统软件为依托平台,对中控员工风险行为采取"超前预警、分级响应"的创新型防范管控对策,以对神宁煤化工板块的健康、快速发展以及科学培养高素质技能人才队伍,提供有益的参考与借鉴。
This article analyzes existing sources and reasons of distributed control system operations’unsafebehaviors of ShenHua Ningxia coal based propylene project with the behavior management method. We putforward advance warning and the response innovative preventive control countermeasures based on early warn？ing software platform. We hope this article shall provide useful references and experiences for the healthyand rapid development of ShenHua Ningxia coal chemical plate and high skilled staff
