介绍了T23的发展历史和基本性能,阐释了T23氧化皮形成机理,分析了末级过热器出口段T23氧化致使入口段12Cr1MoV长期超温爆管的原因,提出了T23材质氧化皮防控措施。
The paper introduces the development history and basic property of T23, illustrates the formationmechanism of oxide scale for T23, analyzes the cause of squib in entrance section 12Cr1MoV of final super-heater that operates at over-temperature level for a long time by exit section T23 oxidated, puts forward mea-sures of T23 material oxide scale to prevent and control.
