摘要
提出一种借助于迈克尔逊干涉仪对金属丝杨氏弹性模量高准确度的测量方法。通过计量迈克尔逊干涉仪产生的干涉条纹变化数目,能准确测得金属丝微小长度变化量,进而测得其杨氏弹性模量。相比于传统的光杠杆法测微小位移,仪器结构简单,可操作性强。测得的数据计算结果表明:测量精度高,结果可靠。
We put forward a high accuracy of measurement on Young's modulus of elasticity of metal wire by Michelson interferometer. By measuring the changes number of the interference fringes produced from Michelson interferometer, we can accurately measure the small length variation of wire, and then the Young's modulus of elasticity. Compared with the traditional optical lever measurement on tiny displacement, instrument is simple in structure, strong operability. By calculating the measured data, the results show high precision, high reliable measurement results.
