摘要
针对目前薄膜太阳能电池研究领域、材料电磁特性测试仪装置的缺点,文中对实验装置进行了结构改进。改进后的装置能够克服原有装置的不足,增加了实验样品角度的可调性,增大了材料测试仪的使用范围,提高了加热效率,保证了检测所需的温度范围,提高了实验的精确性。另外,该设备结构简单,成本低廉,实用性强。
The structure of materials electromagnetic properties testing instrument was improved in view of its shortages in the research field of thin film solar cell. The improved device can overcome the shortage, add the sample angle adjustable, increase the scope of use of materials testing machine, enhance the heating efficiency, guarantee the temperature range required for testing, and improve the precision of the experiment. In addition, the device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, and strong practicability.
