高等职业教育文化体系建设是新时期对高等职业院校内涵建设提出的新要求。高等职业院校通过人文精神的校园文化建设,提升师生对祖国发展的使命感和责任感;通过职业特色的文化体系建设,形成弘扬劳动光荣崇尚技能的职业氛围;通过地方特色的校园文化建设,引领区域公共文化事业的发展;通过学习型校园文化体系建设,形成务实民主、人尽其能、勤俭节约、注重效率的工作环境。

The cultural system construction of higher vocational education is the new demand from connotation constructionin vocational colleges in the new period of times. The cultural construction will promote teachers’and students’sense of responsibility,form an environment of upholding work on campus and enhance the development of local cultural undertakings.
