Exploration on Application of Case Teaching in “Tourism Psychology” Course

案例教学法是指"依据教学目标、教学内容的需要,在教师的精心策划和指导下,运用典型的案例将学生带入案例事件,通过深入分析案例,从而提高学生分析问题和解决问题能力的一种教学方法"。《旅游心理学》课程引入案例教学法能够解决课程教学中长期存在问题,案例教学法中直观、生动的案例有利于高职学生消化吸收旅游心理学课程中涉及的抽象、生涩的概念与理论;真实、特定的旅游服务情境为锻炼和培养学生面对实际情况的临场决策能力及综合素质提供一个训练的场所;以"学生为主体"师生间的平等沟通,团队成员的分工协作,有利于培养学生的人际沟通及团队精神,实现课程的情感目标等优势。文章分析了《旅游心理学》课程案例教学法的实施包括:课前寻找与选取案例、整理案例和设计问题的准备过程;课上案例呈现、团队讨论与汇报、教师点评与总结的实施过程;课后案例教学法的反思与提升过程三个阶段,最后分析了案例教学法在《旅游心理学》课程应用时所应注意的六个问题。

The introduction of case teaching into“Tourism Psychology”course will effectively tackle the long-existing problems in traditional teaching because many visual and vivid cases are helpful for students to acquire the abstract knowl-edge in the course. Specific circumstances of tourism service provide for students a on-the-spot environment in which stu-dents use their acquired knowledge to communicate with tourists and handle problems. The paper analyzes the case teach-ing process that“Tourism Psychology”course uses, including: preparing cases before class, using cases to implement teaching in class and summarizing the teaching effect after class. The paper also proposes six points that teachers will pay attention to in the case teaching implementation process.
