Construction technique of tower crane group of nuclear island factory building in nuclear power station

核电站核岛工程具有建筑物平面布置紧凑、现浇混凝土量大、工期紧、结构复杂等特点,工程结构施工期间共计采用塔吊13台,大多数塔臂相互交叉。为确保塔吊安全有效运行,施工中对塔群进行了合理的塔吊选型、严格的高差控制、动态的平面布置及塔吊基础设计。

The nuclear power station project is characterized by compact layout,large amount of in-situ concrete,tight schedule and complex structure.13 tower cranes were used in the engineering structure construction,with most of crane arms intercrossed.In order to ensure safe operation,management measures were taken in the construction including reasonable selection of tower crane,strict control of height differences of the crane group,dynamic layout and basic design of the tower crane.
