通过对国际工程项目的经营基础工作的分析,阐述了国际工程基础工作的主要内容:包括项目信息、业主及所有有关背景资料的全面搜集,与业主、其他中介公司及本国政府机关的关系运营和维护,投标工作和其他日常管理工作等。知识管理工作涉及专业技术、商务管理、人类学、心理学、社会学、语言学、项目运作等。

Through the analysis of the basic management work of international engineering projects,the main contents of the basic work for International engineering projects were described,including comprehensive collection of project information,the owners and all relevant background information,the operation and maintenance of the relationship between the owners,other intermediary companies（agencies） and local government authorities,the bidding work and other daily management work etc.The knowledge management work involves the professional technology,business management,anthropology,psychology,sociology,linguistics,project operation and so on.
