The main forms of imbalanced quotation by construction units under the mode of bill of quantities were analyzed,the adverse effects of imbalanced quotation on cost control and project management of construction units were further discussed,and corresponding strategies were made according to its different forms,providing reference for control of imbalanced quotation.
