康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效观察

The efficacy of Kangfuxin solution combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer

目的:对康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:随机选取100例消化性溃疡患者分为对照组和干预组,每组50例,对照组以口服克拉霉素0.5g、奥美拉唑20mg与阿莫西林1.0g进行治疗,干预组另加康复新液治疗4周为一疗程,对患者进行胃镜复查以查看溃疡愈合的情况。结果:干预组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:康复新液联合奥美拉唑对消化性溃疡的治疗效果较为明显。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with omeprazole in the treat- ment of peptic ulcer. Methods： 100 cases of peptic ulcer were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The intervention group was treated with and omeprazole. The control group too but no Kangfuxin gastroscope checks to observe ulcer healing. Results： the Kangfuxin solution, amoxicillin, clarithromycin solution. The course of treatment was 4 weeks, all cases with therapeutic effect of intervention group was obviously higher than the control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion： The efficacy of Kangfuxin solution combined with omeprazole on peptic ulcer is obvious.
