Clinical Experiences Of Laparoscopic Hysterectomy for Patients with Large Uterus: Report Of 84 Cases

目的:探讨腹腔镜下大子宫切除的临床可行性及手术技巧。方法:回顾分析腹腔镜下大子宫全切84例临床资料,包括术前评估、手术情况、术后随诊。结果:84例均在腹腔镜下顺利完成,无1例中转开腹,无严重并发症。结论:有经验的腔镜医师,合理选择使用腹腔镜手术器械,腹腔镜下大子宫切除是安全可行的。

Objective： To investigate clinical feasibility and techniques of laparoscopic hysterectomy for patients with large uterus. Methods： 84 patients with large uterus,who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital, including preoperative evaluation, surgery situation, postoperative followed-up. Results： 84 cases were successfully completed in laparoscopic, without conversion to open surgery and without serious complications after the operation. Conclusion： Laparoscopic hysterectomy is safe and feasible for patients with large uterus, as long as the operators are experienced and laparoscopic instruments are properly selected.
