球囊后扩张PCI术中应用

Application of post-balloon dilatation in PCI

目的:研究球囊后扩张技术在PCI术中的应用效果。方法:将66例冠状动脉钙化病变行PCI术患者分为观察组和对照组。结果:66例患者PCI手术均成功且未发生(亚)急性血栓及其他心血管事件。术后观察组血管支架处血管膨胀度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组PCI术中并发症无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组随访期间支架内血栓及再狭窄、其他心血管事件的发生率均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:后扩张技术应用于PCI手术(DES材料)中,能够有效提升支架的扩张效果,降低血栓、再狭窄及其他心血管事件的发生,改善预后。

Objective：To study the application result of post-balloon dilatation in PCI. Methods：66 cases of coro- nary artery calcification lesions CPI surgery patients were divided into observation group and control group.Results： PCI surgery of 66 cases were successful and no case has acute thrombosis and other cardiovascular events.Postopera- tive observation group stem vascular dilatation is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）; No difference between the two groups of PCI intraoperative complications （P〉0.05）;Observation group during the follow-up of stem thrombosis and restenosis,the incidence of other cardiovascular events were less than the control group （P〈O.OS）.Conclusion： Post-balloon dilatation is applied to PCI surgery （DES）, which can effectively improve stent expansion effect, reduce thrombosis and restenosis, and other cardiovascular events, and improve the prognosis.
