轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥26例分析

摘要 目的:探讨轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥的诊断标准、临床特点、顺利治疗及良好预后。方法:回顾性分析26例轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥的患儿临床资料。结果:26例患儿多为秋冬季发病。可伴有发热,惊厥时无发热,都伴有惊厥,大都有轮状病毒感染,相关血清电解质基本正常、EEG、CCT、脑脊液无异常。结论:26例患儿病原检测17例为轮状病毒感染,治疗顺利,预后好。 Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis ot benign infantile convulsions with mild gastroenteritis. Methods:The clinical data of 26 patients with benign infantile convulsions with mild gastroenteritis from our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Autumns and winters were high- occurrence seasons for the disease. All cases developed convulsive seizures without fever symptom, and most cases were with fever and infection of rotavirus. Plasma electrolytes, electroencephalogram (EEG), cranial computer tomography (CCT) and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were normal. Conclusion'Among 26 patients, 16 cases'causative pathogen of the disease was rotavirus. Desensitization therapy was fulfilled successfully and the prognosis was welL
