固定式种植义齿解决上下牙合间距离过小的临床探讨

Study of fixed implant denture to solve the problem of interocclusal space deficiency

目的:为克服上下咬合空间不足,拟采用固定式种植义齿修复解决上下牙合间距离过小的问题。方法:以种植牙基桩和牙冠为一体式成形的铸造方式,采用Bicon提供的锥形锁住固位的拜肯整合冠,以特殊的树脂材料制作牙冠修复体,在口外重塑牙冠形态,完成固定义齿牙冠。结果:对于上下牙合间距离小于5mm的情况,采用种植后义齿固定修复情况良好,义齿密合度相对较好,就位后不需要做过多调牙合,同时修复体为一整体连接,强度相对大,不易出现崩裂现象,远期效果相对较好。结论:一体式种植义齿可以很好的解决上下牙合间距离过小所引起的崩裂现象,同时义齿强度大,密合度良好,为牙合间距离过小患者提供可新的修复方法。

Objective：To overcome the limitation of occlusal space, we propose to use the fixed implant denture to solve the problem of interocclusal space deficiency. Methods：This report deals with dental implant pile and crown fused together as a single body. By using the cone shape locking taper integrated abutment crown IAC （Bicon＇s Integrated Abutment Crowns） supplied by bicon original manufacturer. Then use special resin for crown restoration, and remoulding the crow extraorally to complete the fixed denture crow.Results：When occlusal space less than 5mm, the research adopt the fixed implant denture. The denture with good condition and preferably marginal adaption ; and don＇t need too much occlusion adjust. As the denture is a whole body, it is so strengh that to crack, the long-term ef- fect is perfect. Conclusion：The fixd implant denture as one body is beneficial to patients＇ treatment time and cost, it also has better clinical aesthetics and deserve for clinical reference and application.
