摘要
目的:观察两种肠内营养方法对ICU危重患者的不良反应发生情况。方法:将56例ICU危重患者随机分为实验组30例和对照组26例,分别采用持续和间断两种不同的肠内营养方法,比较两组患者的不良反应和效果。结果:实验组患者不良反应明显低于对照组患者,且差异有统计学意义。结论:持续肠内营养优于间断肠内营养方法。
Objective:To Compare the adverse reactions of continuous enteral nutrition and traditional enteral nu- trition on critical patients in ICU. Methods:56 cases of ICU patients randomly divided into the experimental group of 30 cases and 26 cases in control group, respectively by traditional enteral nutrition and continuous enteral nutrition, the effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results:the adverse reaction in the experimental group was significantly lower than control group, and the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion:Continuous enteral nutrition is better than traditional enteral nutrition.
