摘要
以构建的芜菁SSR分子标记遗传连锁图谱与"津田"芜菁基因组重测序数据为基础,将本实验室已克隆的30个芜菁花青素合成相关结构基因与调节基因,通过序列比对的方法分别定位到10条连锁群的不同分子标记区间,并对这些花青素生物合成途径相关基因的结构与分布进行精确分析,为芜菁花青素合成候选基因关联分析、图位克隆和深入研究花青素合成基因上游调控元件提供基础。
Based on the genetic linkage map of turnip constructed with SSR markers and resequencing data of'Tusda'turnip,30 genes cloned in our lab,which related to anthocyanin biosynthesis regulated by monochromatic light,were mapped into different molecular marker intervals on 10 linkage groups via sequence alignments.Additionally,the structure and the distribution of the genes included in anthocyanin synthesis pathway were finely characterized.These results could provide usable information for further association analysis and map-based cloning of candidate genes related to anthocyanin synthesis and their upstream regulatory elements.
