摘要
为研究TMV胁迫对不同抗性晒烟品种苗期叶片叶绿素荧光特性的影响,以12个晒烟品种为试材,进行人工接种鉴定试验;且选择具有代表性的免疫、抗病、中感品种为试材,研究其接种TMV前、接种后6d、18d的PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、实际光合效率Y(II)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)和非光化学淬灭系数(qN)变化特征。结果表明:非TMV胁迫下,3个晒烟品种的叶绿素荧光参数变化极小;而TMV胁迫下,3个品种的Fv/Fm、Y(II)和qP参数值与对照相比均下降,而qN参数值上升。随着TMV胁迫程度的加重,Fv/Fm、Y(II)和qP参数值均呈逐渐下降趋势,而qN参数值逐渐上升。TMV抗性越强的品种,叶绿素荧光参数(Fv/Fm、Y(II)、qP)变化幅度越小,而qN参数的变化幅度越大,抗性越弱的品种,则相反。因此,叶绿素荧光技术可以作为间接监测烟草花叶病毒病的辅助手段。
In order to investigate the effects of TMV stress on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of seedling leaves in different resistant sun-cured tobacco varieties,12sun-cured tobacco varieties as materials,the experiment of artificial inoculation were conducted.And,selecting three representative varieties with TMV immunity,TMV resistance,TMV mid susceptiblity materials,three parameters of Fv/Fm,Y(II),qPand qNbefore TMV inoculation,and 6dand 18 dafter TMV inoculation was determined.The results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter for the three sun-cured tobacco varieties had minimal changes without TMV stress.However,with TMV stress,Fv/Fm,Y(II)and qP parameters of three varieties decreased compared with controlled treatments,whereas qN parameter increased.With TMV stress becoming serious,Fv/Fm,Y(II)and qPvalues showed a gradual downward trend,while qN parameter value was gradually increased.The varieties with the stronger TMV resistance had the smaller change rates of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm,Y(II),qP,but had the lager change rate of parameters qN,the weaker resistant vari-eties were on the contrary.Therefore,the chlorophyll fluorescence can be used as assistant means to indirect monitoring tobacco mosaic disease.
