摘要
为了探索黄曲霉毒素中毒的临床及病理变化,通过患病黑熊出现厌食、精神萎靡等临床症状以及肝、脾、胃、肺的病理剖检变化进行初步诊断,患病黑熊可能是由于食用了发霉的饲料导致食物中毒,进一步采用黄曲霉毒素检测试剂条进行检测,不同型试剂条的检测结果表明,该毒素为黄曲霉毒素B1,B1毒性最强。同时利用脱霉剂梅源清与饲料搅拌的方法治疗疑似中毒的黑熊效果也很好。
To explore the clinical and pathological changes of aflatoxicosis,the anorexia,depression and other clinical symptoms,and pathological changes in liver,spleen,stomach,lung in black bears were diagnosed.It showed that the black bears may be due to eat the mildewed feed and cause food poisoning.Further using detection reagent testing of aflatoxin and by the different reagent stripes of testing,the results showed that the toxicity of aflatoxin B1 was the strongest.The suspected poisoning black bears were treated with mould removing reagent MeiYuanQing with feed mixing,the effect was better.
