摘要
除盐水中的总有机碳(TOC)的控制对防止热力系统腐蚀,延长热力系统使用寿命意义重大。为了做好核电厂化学监督,提高热力设备腐蚀防护水平,结合三门核电一期工程除盐水处理系统调试分析案例,分析电站补给水系统TOC的来源、危害、去除方法、原理及监督意义,可为今后AP1000及其他核电机组除盐水系统调试及电站化学监督提供参考,有利于保证核电机组长期安全稳定运行。
TOC (Total Organic Carbon) in demineralized water has a great impact on preventing corrosion and prolonging equipment service life in thermal system. In order to obtain a better effect of corrosion protection and improve the chemical supervision management, the paper introduces the sources, damages, removal principles and methods of TOC in make-up water combined with the demineralized water treatment system commissioning for Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant phase I, provides references for the system commissioning and chemical supervision of other AP1000 units, and it will be beneficial to ensuring long-term safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.
