摘要
柴里煤矿23上605东综放工作面为轨道顺槽和运输顺槽都增加补切的不规则工作面,通过精确计算,提前布置好轨道巷外补切眼和运输巷外补切眼支架位置和三机设备数量、合理控制好工作面采位、层位及端头、端尾支架位置等,使工作面机尾、机头分别与轨道巷外补切眼和运输巷外顺利对接合茬,工作面倾向长度由130m增加到161m;既最大限度提高煤炭资源回收率,又提高了工作面生产能力。
Chaili Coal Mine 23 605 east fully mechanized caving face is an irregular working face that need to add hydraulic supports in the two ends, through precise calculation, early arranged the hydraulic supporting position in the supplementary cut of the two entries, the number of three machine equipment, the reasonable control of mining strata, achieved the smooth joining between the two ends of working face with the supplementary cut of the two entries, which made the working surface inclination length increase from 130 m to 161m; not only to maximize the recovery rate of coal resources, and improve the production capacity of working face.
