摘要
含夹矸厚煤层综放开采工作面的采空区浮煤在空间高度上,呈现条带状分布,底部浮煤厚度相对均匀,煤矸混合带因为包含了上部浮煤带,其厚度要大于下部的浮煤带,是采空区遗煤自燃防治的重点。结合梁宝寺煤矿井下3404工作面开采现场情况,通过采取高位钻孔防灭火技术、两隅角堵漏控制漏风技术、采空区压注二氧化碳、三相泡沫防灭火技术等综合技术手段,成功确保了3404工作面过含夹矸地段的安全回采。
The omissive coal in the gob of thick coal seam with gangue fully mechanized caving mining working face shows a banding distribution in the space height, the thickness of the omissive coal in bottom is relatively uniform, the mixed zone of coal and gangue which contains the upper part of the omissive coal zone, its thickness is larger than the lower floating coal belt, which is the prevention and treatment focus of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf. Combined Liangbaosi coal mine site conditions of 3404 working face, by the adoption of high drilling technology of fire prevention, the leakage control technology plugging in two corners of the upper, injection carbon dioxide into gob, three-phase foam fire extinguishing technology, which ensure the safety mining in the section containing gangue of the 3404 working face.
