摘要
济阳矿井位于黄河北岸,矿井主要水害威胁来自煤层顶底板砂岩裂隙承压水,影响了正常工作,增加了矿井的排水费用,而且成为制约生产和安全的重要因素。技术人员通过大量的资料分析和现场探索,对影响工作面施工的地点总结出一套砂岩裂隙承压水封堵技术——"探、堵、注"三位一体综合防治水技术,该技术具有施工工期短、工程机动灵活、投入成本低见效快的三大优势,具备很好的经济效益和巨大的社会效益。
Jiyang mine located in the north shore of the Yellow River, the mine main water hazard from coal seam roof and floor sandstone fissure confined water, affects the normal work, increases the cost of the mine drainage, and becomes an important factor to restrict the production and safety. Mine technical staff analyzed a large number of data and explored in field, summarized a set of sandstone fissure confined water plugging technology in the sites influencing on the working face construction, "exploration, plugging, grouting" trinity comprehensive water prevention and control technology. The technology has the advantages of short construction period, flexible project, low cost and quick, have the very good economic efficiency and the huge social benefit.
