企业大数据档案具有5个新特征,即数据量大(Volume)、数据类型多(Variety)、时效速度快(Velocity)、价值稀疏性(Value)和复杂性(Complexity),根据这5个特征,应从赋予档案新的内涵、及时更新知识结构、构建新的档案收集体系、拓宽新的档案利用渠道4个方面来做好大数据时代的档案工作。

The enterprise data file has 5 new features, namely, the large amount of data（Volume）, many data types（Variety）, the aging speed（Velocity）, the value of sparsity（Value） and complexity（Complexity）, according to the 5 characteristics, should be endowed with new connotation of archives, renew knowledge structure construction of a new file, the collection system, expand the channels of new archives in 4 aspects to do the archives work in the age of huger data.
